What are your standard lead times?
Our standard lead time is three weeks for all parts. For urgent requirements, we are recognized experts in expedited production and can often accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Where are your products manufactured?
All of our parts are manufactured in the United States, with the majority of our supply chain also based domestically. This commitment ensures reliable lead times, strong quality control, and supply chain resilience.
What is your production capacity?
We specialize in high-volume manufacturing, with several programs exceeding 20 million pieces annually. Regardless of order size, we maintain consistent quality with PPK values above 2.00 and CPK values above 3.00 for all automotive standard parts.
How do you measure Tension?
We only measure spring tension with a linear test set up. For example, 10.000 oz at a deflected length of 11.000”. Another example is using a set block test: 5.00 oz @ .1875”.
Do you have a minimum Lot Charge?
Yes, we do. The specific minimum charge will be quoted at the time of order.
Does Novi Spring perform prototypes/trial runs?
Yes, Novi Spring does prototype lots.
Does Novi Spring offer design engineering services?
